Oki! I'm Karla Colenutt and this is my very first position as a certified teacher! I have 13 years under my belt as an EA working with children on the Autism Spectrum, with severe behavior issues, and one deaf student. I've raised 4 of my own biological kids, 2 foster kids and had at minimum 2 other kids living in my home due to difficulties in their own home environment. That being said, I've learned that ALL kids desire one basic thing from the adults in their lives, love. I teach all the Grade 7 students math and offer Photography as an option. It's such a privilege to get to know the students from the Blood Tribe and be a part of the community and culture.
